Holtzapfel named Director of Patient Experience

Drew Holtzapfel is the Director of Patient Experience at Marshall Health Network.

Drew Holtzapfel, RN, has been named the director of patient experience for Marshall Health Network. Holtzapfel will lead initiatives that enhance the patient experience across the system.

An employee at Cabell Huntington Hospital (CHH) since 2013, Holtzapfel most recently served as a house nursing supervisor. He previously worked as an RN in the surgical intensive care unit and as a nurse extern.

Holtzapfel received his nursing degree from the Marshall University School of Nursing.
